7:o0-8:30 am: Visitors will take a speedboat along the Saigon River for about 1.5 hours to reach the

historical site of Cu Chi.

8:30-10:30 am: Arrive at and explore the Cu Chi Tunnels site. Begin the guided Cu Chi tour taking in

tunnels, ammunition caches, secret bunkers, command centers, a firing range and more. The tunnels

were built during the war against the French in the 1940s and expanded over the next 25 years to

create an underground city of meeting areas, living quarters, storerooms, and much more..

10:30-12:00 am:

Enjoy a speedboat ride back to the city center.

13:00-14:00 pm:

Discover the city with a visit to the historic

former Presidential Palace. This landmark gained

its place in history as the first North Vietnamese

tanks passed by, signifying the end of the Vietnam War.

14:00-16:00 pm:

Take a walk along Book Street, passing by the Notre Dame Cathedral, and stop by one of the local stands

to purchase a Saigon postcard. Next, either walk or drive to the War Remnants Museum, primarily focuses

on the Vietnam War but also showcases exhibits dating back to the French colonialist period and the first

Indochina War.Transfer back to your hotel after your visit or alternatively be dropped off at Ben Thanh

market for personal exploration and a spot of souvenir hunting.
