CAN THO IN – DEPTH WITH CAI BE PRINCESS
Day 1: Sai Gon- Cai Be -Can Tho
10:00 am- 11:30 am
Here you will board a motorized sampan Cai Be Princess, a traditional bamboo covered wooden boat, and
begin your exploration of one of Vietnam’s most enchanting landscapes.The region is rich with fruit or chardsand, depending on the season, there will be the opportunity to taste some of the tasty tropical produce.
After lunch, explore a little of the village before returning to your boat for the leisurely cruise through the maze of waterways to Vinh Long.
7:00 am- 9:00 am
Get on a local motorized boat for a cruise to the small-scale Cai Rang floating market. In the past, when
there were no concrete bridges, it was the most lively trading spot where you could see a profusion of boats
laden with fruits, vegetables and all manner of groceries. With the urbanization and development of
infrastructure, there are much fewer boats gathering for trading nowadays, however, you can still feel the rustic vibes of a traditional floating market.
