amount of silt, which has a variety of fruits. This is the largest granary in Vietnam. People’s activities mostly
take place floating on the water. Let’s explore the beauty of this floating water to learn more about nature,
lifestyle, and people here.
ENCHANTING CHAU DOC WIT H CAI BE PRICESS
Day 1: Sai gon- Cai Be- Can Tho
10:00 am- 13:00 pm
Here you will board a motorized sampan Cai Be Princess, a traditional bamboo covered wooden boat, and begin your exploration of one of Vietnam’s most enchanting landscapes.The region is rich with fruit. There will be the opportunity to taste some of the tasty tropical produce.

13:00 pm- 15:30 pm
After lunch, explore a little of the village before returning to your boat for the leisurely cruise through the maze of waterways to Vinh Long. From here, continue by car to Can Tho,
Day 2: Can Tho
7:00 am- 9:00 am
Get on a local motorized boat for a cruise to the small-scale Cai Rang floating market. In the past,when there were no concrete bridges, it was the most lively trading spot where you could see a profusion of boats laden with fruits, vegetables and all manner of groceries. With the urbanization developed however, you can still feel the rustic vibes of a traditional floating market.

13:00 pm- 15:00 pm
Meet with your guide and continue to explore another part of the city by bike. Hop on a leisurely 10km bike ride along Muong Dinh canal, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Meander along narrow village roads,
pass through lush fruit gardens
15:00 pm- 16:00 pm
Visit a Fine Rice Vermicelli – Banh Hoi – workshop, where you can witness the process of making this traditional Vietnamese delicacy.Transfer back to your hotel.
Day 3: Can Tho – Chau Doc
8:00 am- 11:00 am
Drive toward the Cambodian border and the town of Chau Doc. Chau Doc is a friendly riverside community
where Buddhism and Islam co-exist side by side, due to its close proximity to Cambodia and its ethnic Cham
minority. Arrive your around noon with lunch on your own.
13:00 pm- 15:00 pm
Drive to Tra Su, about 30 kilometers southwest of Chau Doc, an ecosystem of cajuput trees and a flooded mangrove forest which are the home of many species of water birds, bats, flora and fauna. Take a local boat and be paddled through the carpet of dense green ferns (seasonal) to explore this wonderful nature. Return to Chau Doc for overnigh

Day 4: Chau Doc- Sai Gon
8:00 am- 11:00 am
Fishing is at the heart of farming in the Mekong Delta and next you will visit a floating village and fishery to
learn about the lives of the countless families whose livelihoods rely on this industry. An early morning visit
to floating homes where villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimps in nets and wire baskets under their
houses and sell them to passing boats. After journey we will return to Saigon.
