Day 1: Sai Gon – Cai Be- Can Tho

Proceed to Tan Phong island for a biking or walking tour through village paths, where you can observe the local daily life es. During the excursion, you can also make a few stops to see the dried water-hyacinths being woven into various products like baskets, bags, wallets, and shoes.Take a break at a local garden to enjoy some cups
of tea while listening to traditional music.

You will then return to your boat, crossing the Mekong River, one of the world’s longest rivers, to reach An Bình Island. Enjoy lunch with authentic Mekong specialties at an eatery run by Ut Trinh family

End the trip visit a brick kiln, where you can witness the traditional hand-made method that passed down generations. Day 2: Can Tho

After an early breakfast at your hotel, get on a local motorized boat for a cruise to the small-scale Cai Rang
floating market. In the past, when there were no concrete bridges, it was the most lively trading spot where
you could see a profusion of boats laden with fruits, vegetables and all manner of groceries. With the
urbanization and development of infrastructure, there are much fewer boats gathering for trading nowadays,
however, you can still feel the rustic vibes of a traditional floating market.

In the afternoon, meet with your guide and continue to explore another part of the city by bike. Hop on a leisurely 10km bike ride along Muong Dinh canal, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Visit a Fine Rice Vermicelli – Banh Hoi – workshop, where you can witness the process of making this traditional Vietnamese delicacy.

Shuttle to an organic cacao farm. Learn about the fascinating history of cacao and how it is made into chocolates, wines, and other products. Enjoy a refreshing glass of cacao milk and taste some delectable cacao wine.Transfer back to your hotel.
Day 3: Can Tho- Chau Doc
7:00 am- 10:00 am
Drive toward the Cambodian border and the town of Chau Doc. Chau Doc is a friendly riverside community where Buddhism and Islam co-exist side by side, due to its close proximity to Cambodia and its ethnic Cham minority.

Drive to Tra Su, about 30 kilometers southwest of Chau Doc, an ecosystem of cajuput trees and a flooded mangrove forest which are the home of many species of water birds, bats, flora and fauna. Take alocal boat and be paddled through the carpet of dense green ferns (seasonal) to explore this wonderful nature.

Return Chau Doc, you can relax in hotel or hang out outside. You can walk on street and buy sometimes.
Day 3: Can Tho- Chau Doc

Fishing is at the heart of farming in the Mekong Delta and next you will visit a floating village and fishery to
learn about the lives of the countless families whose livelihoods rely on this industry. An early morning visit to
floating homes where villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimps in nets and wire baskets under their
houses and sell them to passing boats.
