I lué is your gateway to the treasures of Vietnam’s royal past. Legacies of the city’s dynastic past are everywhere and keep visitors busy with visits to elaborate tombs and pagodas, mausoleums and assembly halls.

EVENING MUSICAL HERITAGE & GASTRONOMY (4 HOURS)

Around 17.00, enjoy a local boat cruise on Perfume River toward an outstanding private theater nested in a verdant garden. Experience the heritage of Hue city in the world of music, architecture, culture, art, and gastronomy. This opulent venue was built in royal architectural style and conceptually designed as an East West cultural meeting point. The graceful hostess, one of the sixth generation descendants of Emperor Minh Man, and her husband a retired Swiss UBS Banker, are both native of Hue. After living for more than forty years in Europe, they came back Vietnam to dedicate their passion at their homeland.

Stop at street food stalls and crispy Hue-styled pancake or lemongrass skewers will be worth a try with both your hands and your tongue. Sweet soups may not be your favorite desserts, but I lue’s varieties of colors and flavors, will be a promise of a sweet ending for a sweet night! Take it easy and make it funny.
