Transfer from your hotel to Ben Thanh market where you will meet a Vietnamese chef from the well-known Hoa Tuc restaurant. At the market, learn about the wide array of tropical fruits, vegetables and herbs for sale whilst selecting the freshest ingredients to purchase for your menu.

9:30-11:30 am:
We transition to the outdoor area of Hoa Tuc Restaurant, a charming setting for your culinary exploration. The chef will introduce the three mouthwatering dishes you’ll be preparing. Get ready to roll up your sleeves! The chef will expertly guide you through the traditional cooking techniques used to create each dish. This is your chance to get hands-on, experiment with flavors, and recreate the magic of Vietnamese cuisine.

11:30-12:30 pm:
After your culinary efforts, it’s time to reward yourselves. Sit back, relax, and savor the delicious dishes you’ve prepared. Enjoy the fruits of your labor, appreciating the fresh flavors and the satisfaction of creating a Vietnamese feast.
12:30-13:00 pm:
You will leave with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce these authentic tastes back home.
