Full description

Begin your adventure with a free hostel stay at Ha Giang Go the night before departure, giving you time to relax and prepare for the journey ahead.

On day 1, leave Ha Giang and take the road less traveled as you begin the Ha Giang Loop in reverse. This unique route helps you avoid the main tour crowds and experience a quieter, more authentic side of the mountains. Your first destination is the peaceful village of Du Gia, where lush rice fields and forested hills surround a beautiful hidden waterfall. Here you can relax, swim in the cool natural pools, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of rural mountain life.

The journey continues along quiet backroads deeper into the limestone landscapes of the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark. Along the way, stop in small ethnic minority villages, meet local families, and experience everyday life in Vietnam’s remote northern mountains.

As the adventure unfolds, you’ll ride to Vietnam’s northernmost point at the Lung Cu Flag Tower, where sweeping views stretch across dramatic mountain landscapes toward the border with China.

One of the most unforgettable moments comes when riding along the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, often called the most beautiful road in Vietnam. High above the canyon, take in breathtaking views before descending to the emerald waters of the Nho Que River for a peaceful boat ride through towering cliffs.

As you continue the loop, climb toward Heaven’s Gate (Quan Ba), where panoramic views reveal the famous Quan Ba Twin Mountains rising from the valley below.

Throughout the journey, enjoy delicious local meals, comfortable homestays, and plenty of scenic stops perfect for photos. With experienced local guides leading the way, this adventure offers the perfect balance of thrilling roads, cultural discovery, and unforgettable landscapes.

Whether riding yourself or relaxing with an Easy Rider, this reverse route lets you experience the magic of the Ha Giang Loop with fewer crowds, more authentic encounters, and a deeper connection to the region.
