This itinerary surpasses the typical 3-day experience by taking you on a deeper journey to experience the culture and natural beauty of Ha Giang Loop with additional visits to ethnic minority villages and cave.

DAY 1: HA GIANG – DONG VAN
– 8AM: be picked up from your hotel in Ha Giang to tour office, enjoy the breakfast, meet your guide & fellow travelers, and be briefed on the Loop’s thrilling route
– 9AM: Start the Loop
– Conquer the majestic Bac Sum Pass and Quan Ba Heaven Gate
– Immerse yourself in Hmong King’s Palace, a whisper of forgotten history
– Arrive in Dong Van, an ancient town nestled amidst karst giants; check in your cozy hotel for 2nd night
– Indulge in a delicious dinner then immerse yourself in the ancient town’s lively atmosphere. Freely explore the night at the town center or loose yourself in the melodies of live music

DAY 2: DONG VAN – DU GIA
– Freely visit Dong Van lively weekly market (Sunday only) before breakfast at 8AM
– Tackle the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass and witness breathtaking panoramas.
– Descend into Nho Que River for a refreshing boat trip through Tu San Canyon, Southeast Asia’s deepest gorge.
– Enjoy your lunch in Meo Vac and wind your way through Sa Li Pass to Lung Ho viewpoint.
– Find your haven in Du Gia village, enjoy your dinner, then freely gather with your fellow travelers, engaging in stories & laughter or immerse yourself in the tranquility of the evening

DAY 3: DU GIA – NAM DAM
– Freely visit weekly Du Gia market (Saturday) before breakfast at 8AM
– Take a refreshing dip in Du Gia Waterfall then ascend to Duong Thuong viewpoint
– Enjoy lunch in Thai An
– Marvel at Lung Tam viewpoint
– Check in a homestay in Nam Dam village, discover local culture, spend time walking around village, see rammed-earth houses, witness the traditional architecture of Dao ethnic group with their unique clay houses.

DAY 4: NAM DAM– HA GIANG
– Embark on a 2-kilometer hike to explore Lung Khuy Cave then discover the centuries-old tradition of linen weaving in Lung Tam village
– Enjoy lunch in Thai An then continue your ride. Stop at a waterfall, then by a river while heading to Ha Giang city
– 3:30PM-4PM: Freshen up with a free shower & towel when you arrive at the starting point in Ha Giang. The tour ends here.

NIGHT 4: HA GIANG to HANOI/SAPA/NINH BINH/HA LONG/CAT BA
If you’ve chosen the drop-off option to Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, or Cat Ba, your Sleeper bus will pick you up from our hostel between 6:00-8:30 PM. If you’ve selected the “Drop-off in Ha Giang” option, your trip concludes here, no bus ticket is included.
