We will depart from Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay, Halong. Please arrive at Halong International Cruise Port by 9:50 – 10:00 AM for check-in. Our guide will be there to greet you and assist with the cruise check-in. Tour guide details and the meeting location will be shared with you via WhatsApp/email. Kindly check your email or WhatsApp once you book the tour to confirm your pick up time and more details.

• 10:00 AM: BOARDING TIME

Upon arrival at Halong International Port, the Halong Symphony crew warmly welcomes you aboard, ensuring a professional and friendly start to your exploration of Halong Bay.

• CRUISING

We collect all the guests at Halong International Cruise Port at 10:00 AM. Kindly make your way to get there 15 minutes before the cruise departs. – Besides, the customers can request pick-up services, we can collect all travelers within Hanoi Old Quarter or Halong Bay Area ( Extra charge ). We will inform you about the details before the departure date via WhatsApp if you book pick-up and drop-off services with us.
