Leave behind the busy streets of Sai Gon and journey through the countryside of southern Vietnam toward the coastal landscapes of Mui Ne. Traveling along quieter backroads, the scenery gradually changes from urban districts to rubber plantations, rice fields, and rural villages.

The first major stop is the Long Tan Cross Memorial, a historic site connected to one of the most significant battles involving Australian and New Zealand forces during the Vietnam War. Surrounded by peaceful countryside and rows of rubber trees, the memorial offers a reflective look into the region’s wartime history.

Continue to Nui Dat, once home to the Australian Task Force Base. Although much of the former base has returned to farmland, traces of history remain visible throughout the area. Guests can visit the former Luscombe Airfield area and learn about the strategic importance of Nui Dat during the conflict.

Leaving the historical sites behind, the journey continues toward the coast through the quiet seaside town of La Gi. Along the route, dragon fruit farms stretch across the landscape, creating one of the region’s most recognizable rural scenes.

Arriving in Mui Ne, visit the famous Mui Ne Sand Dunes, where rolling golden hills shaped by wind create a striking desert-like landscape beside the sea. Nearby, Mui Ne Fishing Village offers a glimpse into daily coastal life, with colorful fishing boats lining the shoreline.

As evening approaches, enjoy the relaxed seaside atmosphere of Mui Ne, where the sound of the ocean replaces the noise of the city. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 2: Mui Ne – Dai Ninh Pass – Da Lat

After leaving the coastline behind, the journey heads inland through the dry landscapes of Binh Thuan Province toward the Central Highlands. Along the route, stop at local farms and countryside viewpoints while witnessing the scenery gradually transform from coastal plains to mountain roads.

The ascent through Dai Ninh Pass marks one of the most scenic sections of the journey. Winding roads lead through forests, valleys, and waterfalls as cooler mountain air replaces the tropical heat of the coast.

Continuing into the highlands, the landscape opens into rolling coffee plantations and quiet rural communities. Guests can learn about local coffee culture and experience daily life in the countryside of the Central Highlands.

Arrive in Da Lat, a city known for its pine forests, cool climate, lakes, and peaceful mountain atmosphere. Surrounded by rolling hills and fresh mountain air, Da Lat provides a refreshing contrast to the coastal landscapes visited earlier in the journey.
