Option 1: My Son Sanctuary Sunrise Tour with Breakfast & Vietnamese Coffee

Start your day before sunrise and discover My Son Sanctuary at its most peaceful. Beat the crowds and the heat while enjoying the magical morning atmosphere, listening to the sounds of nature, spotting local wildlife, and capturing stunning crowd-free photos of the ancient temples.

Itinerary

5:15 AM – Hotel pickup in Hoi An and transfer to My Son Sanctuary.

6:30 AM – Guided exploration of My Son Sanctuary. Learn about the fascinating history of the Champa Kingdom while admiring the remarkable temple complex.

9:30 AM – Enjoy a delicious local breakfast featuring traditional noodles, seasonal fruits, and authentic Vietnamese coffee.

10:00 AM – Visit a local family to learn the traditional art of rice paper making before boarding a boat for a relaxing cruise along the Thu Bon River.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Return to your hotel in Hoi An. Tour ends.

Itinerary

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM – Hotel pickup in Hoi An.

8:45 AM – Arrive at My Son Sanctuary. Explore the temple complex with your guide, hear fascinating historical stories, visit the best photo spots, and enjoy a traditional Cham dance performance.

11:40 AM – Savor a local lunch featuring the famous My Quang noodles (vegetarian option available) and seasonal fruits.

12:30 PM – Visit a local home to experience traditional rice paper making before taking a scenic boat cruise along the Thu Bon River back to Hoi An.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Return to your hotel. Tour ends.

  • My Son Sanctuary entrance fee (150,000 VND per person) is not included if you select the option without entrance tickets.
  • My Son Sanctuary is one of Vietnam’s most popular UNESCO heritage sites and can become crowded later in the day. For a quieter experience, cooler temperatures, and better photo opportunities, we highly recommend the Early Morning Tour.
  • The Early Morning Tour requires a very punctual pickup due to the early departure time. Breakfast is served after visiting the sanctuary, so guests who prefer may have a light snack beforehand.
  • Please note that the traditional Champa cultural performance is not available during the Early Morning Tour.
  • This experience is conducted in English and is best suited for guests who can communicate comfortably in English. It may not be suitable for travelers with little or no English proficiency.
