Meet at Sapa Stone Church.
Short welcome and introduction to Sapa’s street food culture by local hosts.

09:15 / 12:15 – Seasonal Fruits & Market Snacks
Taste seasonal mixed fresh fruits selected daily at Sapa Market, along with mixed dried fruits, typical snacks in mountain markets.
Enjoy a cup of fresh sugarcane juice, one of the most popular Vietnamese street drinks.

10:00 / 13:00 – Sapa Street Snacks
Try traditional snacks commonly found in Sapa:

  • Fried banana cake
  • Chestnut cake
  • Roasted chestnuts

11:00 / 14:00 – Vietnamese Signature Dish
Finish with Bun Cha, a famous Vietnamese street food dish of grilled pork and noodles, internationally known after being enjoyed by U.S. President Barack Obama in Vietnam.
