Over 3 days and 2 nights, you’ll ride through the most iconic landscapes of the Ha Giang Loop while still having time to slow down, enjoy the views, and experience local life properly.

Day 1 begins with a gentle introduction from Ha Giang to Dong Van, covering around 130 km. You’ll pass through Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate with its panoramic mountain views, wind your way along the dramatic Tham Ma Pass, and visit the historic H’Mong King’s Palace. The road gradually reveals the raw beauty of the karst plateau before arriving in Dong Van, where you’ll stay overnight in comfort.

Day 2 is where the scenery truly peaks. From Dong Van, you’ll conquer the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass—often considered the most breathtaking road in Vietnam. Below, the emerald Nho Que River cuts through the canyon, where you’ll have the chance to get closer to the water. The journey continues through Meo Vac, over the quieter M Pass, and up to Lung Ho Viewpoint before descending into the peaceful village of Du Gia. Total distance is around 100 km, but the experience feels much richer than the numbers suggest.

Day 3 is slower and more relaxed, giving you time to enjoy Du Gia Waterfall before heading back toward Ha Giang. The route passes through Thai An and the scenic Cat Ly Viewpoint, offering a final look at the region’s dramatic landscapes. The ride back is approximately 80 km, closing the loop without repeating the same roads.
