Full description

Day 1: Arrival in Saigon.

In the evening, board a cruise ship and enjoy entertainment such as musical performances, singing, and dancing. The entertainment will vary depending on the day’s theme.

Enjoy a buffet featuring over 30 dishes prepared by a team of professional chefs. During the meal and entertainment, the ship will set sail for a cruise on the Saigon River.

Observe the scenery and the daily life of the people on both sides of the Saigon River, experiencing the contrast between “on the dock, under the boat” in a modern city, the economic center of the country. The cruise will pass by historical sites such as Nha Rong Port, Bach Dang Wharf, and Khanh Hoi Port, heading towards Phu My Bridge.

Day 2: Saigon City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels.

After breakfast, begin your day with a tour of Saigon’s main attractions. Visit the War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Saigon Central Post Office. After the city tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and relax.

In the afternoon, explore the Củ Chi Tunnels. Watch a short documentary about Củ Chi during the war, discover the Củ Chi tunnel network, sample the local dish “Tapioca” and drink pandan leaf tea, and try rifle shooting (optional, at an additional cost).

Day 3: Mekong Delta (My Tho – Ben Tre)

After breakfast, head to the My Tho wharf and board a motorboat on the Tien River. You will pass floating fish farming villages, the Rach Mieu Bridge, and four islands: Long, Lan, Qui, and Phung. Stop at Con Lan (Unicorn Island) to visit a local honeybee farm and sample the unique honey tea.

Afterward, take an electric cart to a fruit orchard where you can enjoy fresh, seasonal tropical fruits and listen to traditional southern music. Next, experience the Mekong Delta by rowing along the narrow canals, observing rows of coconut palms and the simple landscape of the Mekong Delta.

Back on the larger boat, a motorboat will take you along the Tien River to Ben Tre province, known as “Vietnam’s Coconut Island,” to discover Ben Tre’s specialty: coconut candy ovens. A motorboat will then take you to a restaurant for lunch featuring typical Mekong Delta dishes. You can relax and cycle around the village (optional).

On the way back, please visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, known as “the largest temple in Tien Giang.” Return to Saigon and enjoy free time for the rest of the evening.
