    8:00 – 8:45 Greetings and First Lesson Learn the rules for your stay at a pagoda and how to greet the monks and nuns when you meet them.
    8:45 – 9:10 Buddhist Rituals The sutras are the teachings of the Buddha. By following these teachings, we integrate them into our lives and benefit from them for our lives and our culture.
    9:15 – 9:30 Walking Meditation By practicing mindfulness and being fully present in each moment, including each breath and each step, we can cultivate the ability to find peace and happiness in all our experiences, even in challenging circumstances. Mindful Breathing By combining the movements of inner energy and mindful breathing, we can develop a healthy body and mind that enhances our ability to meditate.
    9:35 – 9:45 The Art of Touching Peace Meditation is considered the practice of the philosophy of happiness, as the peace of our mind is greater than all the pleasures of the world.
    9:50 – 10:10 Meditation – Purification of the Soul: The practice of meditation leads the mind to peace and insight, freeing it from thoughts and feelings. Meditation can help practitioners destroy ego and ignorance and attain enlightenment.
    10:15 – 10:30 Mindful Speaking: Discussing the law of karma through photographs.
    10:35 – 10:45 Blessing Card.
    10:50 – 11:00 Practicing Compassion: Liberating beings means practicing compassion and good deeds for a long life.
    11:00 – 12:00 A Grateful Meal: This is the practice of expressing gratitude before and after a meal. We cultivate a sense of appreciation and awareness for the food we consume and avoid wasting it.
