    Full description
Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Ninh Binh. Head to the Chau Son Holy Mother Monastery and admire its unique Gothic-style cathedral, built entirely from red bricks without plaster coatings. Stroll through the tranquil, beautifully landscaped gardens and the scenic stone egg courtyard.

Next, transfer to Van Long, Northern Vietnam’s largest wetland reserve. Board on the bamboo boat to glide through the crystal-clear, mirror-like water. Admire majestic limestone karsts, spot diverse bird species, and look out for the critically endangered Delacour’s langur monkeys.

Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring Ninh Binh’s famous specialties. Savor crispy rice (CÆ¡m cháy) and local mountain goat dishes (Thịt dê núi). Vegetarian options are available upon request.

After lunch, head to Trang An, the famous filming location of the 2017 movie Kong: Skull Island. Hop on a wooden boat navigated by locals to travel along quiet rivers. Discover mysterious caves and admire towering limestone karsts covered with lush tropical plants.

Finally, return to the harbor and transfer back to your hotel.
