MIEN TAY, VIETNAM
The Mekong Delta, often referred to as the West, is a region defined by the lower portion of the Mekong
River. This area is characterized by its abundant silt deposits, which support a diverse array of fruit
cultivation. The daily life of the locals predominantly unfolds on the water’s surface, creating a unique floating
community. Delving into the charm of this aquatic lifestyle offers insights into the natural environment, the

Day 2: Can Tho – Saigon
After an early breakfast at your hotel, get on a local motorized boat for a cruise to the small-scale Cai

groceries.
Continue your local boat cruise along narrow
creeks where you will visit an orchard and get an
insight into a farmer
’s daily life. After sampling
seasonal fruits, return to town through the
labyrinth of canals.

Tho town, visit a Khmer pagoda before enjoying
