Full description

Discover why Vietnam’s Central Highlands is famous for exceptional coffee on a hands-on visit to Tam Trinh Coffee Experiences. In Da Lat’s cool highland climate, learn how coffee is grown, harvested, and transformed from fresh cherry to aromatic roasted beans—then taste the results for yourself.

Start with a guided walk through the coffee area to understand the plant, the growing conditions, and what makes a high-quality harvest. If in season, try picking ripe coffee cherries and see the difference between varieties and ripeness. Continue behind the scenes to visit the lab and learn how beans are evaluated, then step into the roasting room to see (and smell) how roasting shapes flavor.

Next comes the best part: tasting. Sample a selection of coffees and learn how to recognize key notes and aromas. Finish by brewing your own cup with guidance from the team—so you can bring home new skills, not just great photos.

Before you leave, enjoy time to check in and capture memories, and take home a traditional conical hat plus a small gift as a souvenir of your coffee journey.
