Your evening begins at 5:30 PM near Da Lat Cathedral, one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Da Lat, this area is closely connected to your guide’s childhood and daily life growing up here. While walking around the cathedral area, you will hear stories about local life, school memories, how the neighborhood has changed over the years, and why this area still feels special to local residents today.
From there, continue walking through small local streets away from the busy tourist cafés. Along the way, stop at a hidden local bánh mì bakery that many visitors never notice. Here, you will see how fresh Vietnamese bread is prepared in the evening and enjoy a simple but authentic local snack while learning how bánh mì became part of everyday life in Vietnam.
The walk then continues toward the elegant surroundings of Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel.
