Embark on a soul-stirring 3-day journey through the Ha Giang Loop, Vietnam’s most breathtaking frontier, this tour is designed for those who seek “Slow Travel”—prioritizing deep cultural connections and off-the-beaten-path exploration over mass tourism.

DAY 0: Hanoi – Ha Giang – TVPalm Ecolodge
07:00: Pick-up in Hanoi Old Quarter by Limousine to Ha Giang. Enjoy the changing landscapes with a break along the way.
After 6 hours of journey, check-in private room in TVPalm Ecolodge for rest

You can choose a night bus with a luxury private sleeper bus in the evening pick-up from 20:00 to 21:00, please request on booking in advance.

DAY 1: Ha Giang City – Heaven Gate – Yen Minh – Hmong King’s Palace – Dong Van
Gear up and receive a safety briefing before hitting the road. (If you already in Ha Giang city, our easy rider will pick you up to the TVPalm Ecolodge)
Conquer the winding Pac Sum Pass.
Reach Heaven Gate (Quan Ba), take photos of the famous Twin Mountains
Savor a delicious lunch in Yen Minh Town featuring local organic ingredients.
Tackle the legendary Tham Ma Pass (9-Turn Pass), a photographer’s favorite and a true test for riders.
Explore the Hmong King’s Palace (Vuong Mansion) in Sa Phin.
Check into your private room in Dong Van Town and freshen up.
Spend your evening exploring the Dong Van Old Quarter or enjoying a coffee at “Café Phố Cổ.”

DAY 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Du Gia Village
Ride along the Happiness Road toward Ma Pi Leng Pass. At 2,000m elevation, this is the most majestic part of the Loop.
Trek the Sky Path for a 360-degree view of the karst plateau and the emerald Nho Que River winding through the Tu San Canyon far below.
Enjoy lunch in Meo Vac Town
Navigate the M-Road and the scenic valleys of Mau Due and Lung Ho. This route offers rugged landscapes and fewer tourists.
Arrive in the peaceful Du Gia Village, home to 7 ethnic minority groups.
Family-style dinner with a Tay ethnic host family. Experience their hospitality and share a glass of “Happy Water” (local corn wine).

DAY 3: Du Gia Village – Terrace Rice Paddies – Bac Me – Ha Giang – Hanoi
Ride through Duong Thuong Valley. Marvel at the spectacular terraced rice paddies—some of the most beautiful hidden gems in the region.
Pass through Nam Cang Village, a fairytale-like landscape of mountains and streams, before ascending the final “Sky Gate.”
Lunch at a local restaurant
Arriving back in Ha Giang City. Return to TVPalm Ecolodge to shower, relax, and store your gear.
04:00 PM – 09:00 PM: Depending on your schedule, board your luxury sleeper bus or limousine for the return journey to Hanoi.
