Embark on an unforgettable 3-day adventure through the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Giang, designed to give you a completely stress-free experience from start to finish. Day 1: Ha Giang City – Dong Van Town (135 km)
Begin your journey with breakfast before setting off on the legendary Ha Giang Loop. Check in at KM0 and ride through Bac Sum Pass to Quan Ba Heaven Gate for stunning panoramic views. Stop to admire the famous Twin Mountains and pass through Tam Son Town. Continue along scenic mountain roads, including Can Ty Pass, with photo stops at the Lonely Tree and Van Chai Cliff.
After lunch in Yen Minh Town, travel deeper into the mountains, visiting Tham Ma Pass, Pho Cao Village, and the peaceful Sung La Valley. Explore Lung Cam Cultural Village, Pao’s House, and the colorful Tam Giac Mach flower fields. In Sa Phin Village, visit the Moon Rock Field and the historic Vuong Family Mansion, once home to the King of the H’Mong people, showcasing a unique blend of H’Mong, French, and Chinese architecture.
Arrive in Dong Van Town, check into your accommodation, and enjoy dinner. Spend your evening exploring Dong Van Old Town or sampling delicious street food at the night market.


Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Du Gia
After breakfast, travel along the famous Happiness Road to the spectacular Ma Pi Leng Pass—one of Vietnam’s most iconic mountain routes. Take in incredible views from the Sky Path and visit dramatic viewpoints like Death’s Snout and the Dinosaur Spine.

Descend to the emerald waters of the Nho Que River and enjoy a scenic boat ride through Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia. After lunch in Meo Vac Town, continue through winding roads and remote valleys toward Du Gia, stopping at scenic points including M Pass, Mau Due, and Lung Ho.
Arrive in Du Gia Village and check into a traditional homestay. Enjoy a delicious dinner featuring Tay cuisine and experience local hospitality with a taste of “happy water” (corn wine).

Day 3: Du Gia – Ha Giang City
Start your morning with a peaceful walk through the village and a refreshing swim at Du Gia Waterfall. Begin your return journey, stopping at the scenic Duong Thuong Valley and visiting Lung Tam Weaving Village to learn about traditional textile craftsmanship.

Enjoy lunch in Quan Ba before arriving back in Ha Giang City around 4:00 PM. Relax, freshen up, and prepare for your return journey with your included bus transfer back to Hanoi or Sapa.

Even before I arrived, the staff helped arrange my sleeper bus from Hanoi, and booking the tour with them included a free night’s stay at their hostel in Ha Giang. The tour is truly all-inclusive. In the price everything from the great local food, authentic homestays, and incredible experiences like the boat trip on the Nho Que River was included. It was such a great feeling to simply relax and enjoy the journey without worrying about planning anything. The guides and staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience feel like traveling with friends. I highly recommend Ha Giang Go. My only regret is not booking the 4-day tour because I didn’t want it to end!

Les paysages étaient magnifiques, l’organisation parfaite avec des lieux pour dormir très confortables et un bon nombre d’activités supplémentaire. Je vous recommande cette compagnie pour pouvoir profiter du vrai paysage et en même temps faire la Giang Loop avec beaucoup de fun.
