Full description
DAY 1: HANOI β MAI CHAU VALLEY β PU LUONG
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
06:45 β 07:00: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Mai Chau Valley, home of the White Thai ethnic group.
Enjoy a traditional lunch in a local stilt house before exploring Mai Chau by bicycle. Ride through peaceful villages, rice fields, and scenic countryside while discovering the local culture and traditional brocade weaving.
Continue to Nhim Cave for panoramic views over Mai Chau Valley. After a short tea break, transfer to Pu Luong Nature Reserve.
18:30: Arrival in Pu Luong. Check in to your lodge and enjoy dinner.
DAY 2: SILK WEAVING β BAMBOO RAFTING β HIEU WATERFALL
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, walk through rice terraces to Lan Village and visit a traditional Thai family to learn about silk weaving from cocoon to textile.
Continue to Chieng Lau Village to see traditional farming activities and famous bamboo waterwheels. Trek 4 km to Cham Stream, stopping at local homes along the way.
Enjoy bamboo rafting through peaceful rice fields and villages, followed by lunch on the raft.
In the afternoon, choose one of the following activities depending on weather and local conditions:
Relax and swim at Hieu Waterfall or Trek to Kho Muong Village and explore Bat Cave
Return to your lodge in Pu Luong around 16:30. Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: CYCLING β COOKING CLASS β BUFFALO CART RIDE β NINH BINH
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, travel to the Bamboo Bridge over the Ma River and enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery.
Cycle through Chieng Ai Village, visit local families, learn about traditional rice wine production, and join a cooking class before lunch.
In the afternoon, experience a traditional buffalo cart ride before departing for Ninh Binh, known as βHa Long Bay on land.β
17:00: Arrival in Ninh Binh. Free time to relax at the lodge.
DAY 4: HOA LU β MUA CAVE β TRANG AN
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
08:00 β 08:30: Pick up for a full-day excursion in Ninh Binh.
Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties. Continue to Mua Cave and climb nearly 500 steps for stunning panoramic views over Tam Coc.
After lunch, enjoy a sampan boat trip through Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for limestone mountains, caves, and river scenery.
Return to your lodge around 16:30.
DAY 5: HA LONG BAY β SUNG SOT CAVE β TITOP ISLAND
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
07:00 β 07:15: Depart for Ha Long Bay.
11:30 β 11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board a luxury cruise. Enjoy lunch while cruising through the spectacular limestone islands of Ha Long Bay.
Afternoon activities include visiting Sung Sot Cave, kayaking or bamboo boating at Luon Cave, and relaxing or hiking on Titop Island for panoramic bay views.
Enjoy a sunset party onboard before returning to the harbor.
18:00 β 18:15: Return to Hanoi.
21:00: Arrival in Hanoi. End of Tour.
