    Mekong Delta Floating Market: 3 days/2 nights
    (Ho Chi Minh City – Mon Tho – Ben Tre Four Islands – Chau Doc – Tra Su Forest – Can Tho – Cai Reng Floating Market – Return to Ho Chi Minh City)

    Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Mon Tho – Ben Tre – Chau Doc (lunch)

    7:30 am: Pick-up from your hotel in the city center. Departure for My Tho in the Mekong Delta.
    Upon arrival, you will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest and most famous pagoda in the region. Continue with a cruise on the Mekong River, passing floating houses and fish farms.
    Transfer to a traditional hand-oared sampan and navigate through narrow canals shaded by coconut palms in Ben Tre. Visit a local coconut candy workshop to learn about the traditional production process and sample fresh products. Continue to Unicorn Island to taste seasonal tropical fruits and listen to traditional music from southern Vietnam.

    Visit a local bee farm, taste honey tea, observe a large python, and take unforgettable photos.
    You will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, relax, stroll through the village, or explore the island by bicycle.
    In the afternoon, depart for Chau Doc. You will arrive around 6:00 PM and check in to your hotel.
    Overnight in Chau Doc.

    Day 2: Chau Doc – Cham Village – Tra Su Cajuput Forest – Can Tho (Breakfast, Lunch)

    7:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast served at the hotel.
    9:30 AM: Visit a Cham minority village, home to the Cham Muslim community. Discover their unique culture, traditional stilt houses, and daily life, and visit a local mosque.

    Continue your journey to Tra Su Cajuput Forest, one of the Mekong Delta’s most beautiful ecological reserves. Enjoy a motorboat ride along tranquil waterways surrounded by lush cashew trees. Soak up the serene atmosphere while observing various species of wildlife and birds, including rare storks.

    Return to Chau Doc for lunch at a local restaurant serving regional Mekong Delta specialties.
    2:00 PM: Depart for Can Tho, the largest city in the Mekong Delta, renowned for its vibrant river life.
    You will arrive around 6:30 PM and check into your hotel. Overnight in Can Tho.

    Day 3: Can Tho – Cai Reng Floating Market – Cooking Class – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, Lunch)

    6:30 AM: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then depart by motorboat to visit Cai Reng Floating Market, the largest and most vibrant in the Mekong Delta. Be amazed by the lively spectacle of early morning commerce, where local vendors sell fruits and other goods directly from their boats.
    Continue with a visit to a traditional rice noodle-making workshop to learn about the local production process. Afterward, stop on a local boat to sample fresh tropical fruits while experiencing daily life. Visit a local market in the city center. Then, explore the Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery.

    12:00 PM: Participate in a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class, where you will prepare local dishes under the guidance of a chef. Enjoy the dishes you have prepared for lunch.
    After lunch, relax and take a short walk in the countryside.
    Departure from Ho Chi Minh City. Arrival around 5 p.m. End of the visit
