Full description

A 15-day guided motorbike tour from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, designed as a continuous exploration of Vietnam’s landscapes, cultures, and contrasts. This isn’t just a south-to-north route; it’s a transition from chaos to tranquility, from plains to mountains, from jungle roads to coastal horizons and timeless river valleys.

The tour begins in Ho Chi Minh City, where urban intensity quickly gives way to open countryside. As you leave the city behind, the road leads you to peaceful rural life: rubber plantations, rice paddies, and small villages mark the first stage of a journey to discover a very different Vietnam.

Days 1–2: Ho Chi Minh City – Dong Xoai – Dak Mil.
Ride through the southern countryside and gradually ascend to the central highlands. The landscape transitions from flat farmland to rolling hills, red basalt soil, and cooler air, marking the beginning of Vietnam’s Central Highlands region.

Days 3-5: Central Highlands (Buôn Ma Thuột – Pleiku – Kon Tum)
Venture into the coffee-growing heartland of Vietnam, where winding back roads traverse volcanic plateaus, waterfalls, pine forests, and remote ethnic minority villages. In Buôn Ma Thuột, Pleiku, and Kon Tum, life seems slower, deeper, and more connected to the land.

Days 6-7: Ho Chi Minh Trail – Hội An
Follow secluded sections of the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail, where misty valleys and forested mountains create an atmosphere of isolation and discovery. The road then descends dramatically to the coast, leading you to the lantern-lit charm of Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An (free day)
A break from the journey to explore at your own pace: ancient alleyways, riverside cafes, local markets, or nearby beaches.

Day 9: Hoi An – Hue via the Hai Van Pass
Before reaching the Imperial City of Hue, you’ll travel along one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic coastal roads, the Hai Van Pass, where mountains plunge into the sea and clouds envelop the peaks.

Days 10–11: Hue – Phong Nha
Travel north through peaceful countryside to discover, in Phong Nha, a world of limestone cliffs, hidden caves, and underground rivers. A landscape shaped by water, time, and silence.

Days 12–13: Ninh Binh
Continue your journey north to the river delta, where rice paddies stretch beneath towering limestone karsts. In Ninh Binh, rivers, caves, and temples create a peaceful, almost surreal landscape, often called “Halong Bay inland.”

Days 14–15:Hanoi
The journey ends in Hanoi, where ancient streets, lakes, and modern energy converge, offering a final contrast to the tranquil roads and open landscapes of the previous days.

This itinerary is designed as a gradual transformation: each day reveals a new facet of Vietnam, from south to north, from urban bustle to wild and isolated nature, from mountains to the sea, and then back to history.
