Nestled amidst the lush greenery of Ho Chi Minh City’s outskirts, Cu Chi’s rice and vegetable farms paint a picturesque tableau of rural life in Vietnam. These sprawling farmlands, stretching as far as the eye can
behold, are the backbone of the region’s agricultural economy, supplying fresh produce to the city’s bustling markets.

 

                                                                                                                              FULL DAY ECO FARM AND COOKING CLASS

7:30-9:00 am:
It takes 1.5 hours to travel from Saigon to Cu Chi by car.
9:00-10:00 am:
Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely walk through the rice paddies, where you can learn about the diverse rice varieties cultivated in Vietnam and the meticulous process of planting and harvesting.

10:00-12:00 am:
Experience Vietnamese farming firsthand by harvesting your own vegetables and mushrooms, then use them to cook three authentic dishes in a hands-on cooking class. You’ll even learn healthy cooking tips to take home!.

13:00-14:00 pm:
You will visit the rice paper factory, where you will learn about the entire process of making rice paper.

14:00-15:45 pm:
You will visit the cow farm, where you will be able to witness the process of how dairy cows are cared for and looked after. You will also have the chance to milk a cow yourself and enjoy the aroma of Vietnamese
milk coffee.

15:45-17:00 pm:Transfer back to Saigon.
