Hang Tien – The Fairy Cave
Hang Tien, also known as the “Fairy Cave,” is a hidden gem located within the Tu Lan Cave System in Phong Nha–Ke Bang National Park. This spectacular dry cave captivates visitors with its magnificent calcite formations, striped limestone walls, and a stunning natural infinity pool. Combining jungle trekking, cave exploration, and breathtaking scenery, Hang Tien offers an unforgettable adventure for nature lovers.

FULL DAY HANG TIEN DISCOVERY
Your adventure begins at 7:00 AM, when your guide picks you up from your hotel in Phong Nha. You will travel by vehicle to Tan Hoa Village, home to local ethnic minority communities.
After a safety briefing and equipment check, the journey starts with an uphill trek through the forest before descending into a beautiful river valley. Upon entering Hang Tien Cave, you will be surrounded by impressive calcite formations covered with lush green vegetation. The cave’s distinctive striped limestone layers are clearly visible along the walls and high dome ceiling, while the calcite terraces resemble giant rice fields sculpted by nature.
Continue deeper into the cave to discover its mysterious beauty and extraordinary geological formations created over millions of years.
One of the highlights of the trip is the Rao Nan Stream, which forms a breathtaking natural infinity pool hidden among the mountains. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear blue water before relaxing with a delicious picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, return along the Rao Nan River and walk through peaceful farmland before heading back to Phong Nha. The tour concludes at approximately 7:00 PM.
