Meet at 78A Tran Nhat Duat Street in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Gather at the starting location. Your guide will provide an introduction to the tour and what to expect. Get free happy water (Vietnamese rice wine).

Begin your culinary journey inside the Old Quarter to taste street foods at different small local restaurants with a visit to Banh Cuon. Enjoy steamed rice rolls filled with minced pork and mushrooms, topped with fried shallots and served with a side of fish sauce.

Ban Ran and Cha Ruoi at a local vendor. Try ban ran, a crispy fried rice ball filled with mung beans, and cha ruoi, a seasonal specialty made from ragworm patties.

Mien Tron: Taste fried fish/eel/crab/chicken vermicelli, a dish that offers a unique combination of flavors and textures.

Walk through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter and tempt your taste buds with the famed Hanoi street food dishes such as Bun Cha Ta (the dish enjoyed by the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, during his visit to Hanoi).
