Begin your adventure with a convenient hotel pickup by car or taxi. Head to the bike station to receive your bicycle, adjust it for comfort, and enjoy a short warm-up ride.

Start your journey by cycling through the elegant French Quarter before crossing the historic Long Bien Bridge with views over the Red River. Continue to the hidden Banana Island, where you explore vegetable gardens, kumquat and peach fields, and visit local homes to gain insight into riverside life and the contrast between rich and poor of Hanoi.

Follow the peaceful shores of West Lake and weave through the narrow alleys of Ngoc Ha Village, with a stop at the B52 Lake. Visit a local resident and enjoy fresh fruit juice or hot tea while listening to personal stories about the “Dien Bien Phu in the Air” campaign, offering a deeper understanding of Hanoi’s history.

Conclude your tour with a ride past the railway tracks before returning the bikes at the station.

Itinerary:
08:00 – Hotel Pick-up
Pick up from your hotel by car or taxi and transfer to the bike station. Receive your bicycle, adjust it for comfort, and have a short warm-up ride.

08:20 – French Quarter Ride
Begin cycling through the elegant French Quarter, enjoying colonial architecture and tree-lined streets.

08:45 – Long Bien Bridge
Cycle across the historic Long Bien Bridge with panoramic views of the Red River and riverside life.

09:10 – Banana Island Exploration
Arrive at Banana Island. Cycle and walk through vegetable gardens, kumquat and peach fields, visit local homes, and learn about riverside life and the contrast between wealth and poverty in Hanoi.

10:10 – West Lake Ride
Leave Banana Island and continue cycling along the peaceful shores of West Lake, enjoying fresh air and relaxed scenery.

10:35 – Ngoc Ha Village & B52 Lake
Ride through the narrow alleys of Ngoc Ha Village and stop at B52 Lake. Visit a local resident and enjoy fresh fruit juice or hot tea while listening to personal stories about the “Dien Bien Phu in the Air” campaign.

11:30 – Railway Area
Cycle past the railway tracks, observe local daily life along the tracks, and take photos.

11:45 – Return to Bike Station
