Step away from the usual tourist spots and discover Hoi An’s real flavors. With a local foodie as your guide, you’ll taste the snacks locals love—like white rose dumplings and the famous Banh My sandwich—at places you probably wouldn’t find on your own.

You’ll wander through the lively Hoi An market, where the air is filled with the scent of grilled meat skewers, fresh herbs, and rich Vietnamese coffee. Try specialties like cao lau noodles, crispy spring rolls, and Vietnamese pancakes. Depending on the season or festival, you might get to sample some extra treats, too.

As the sun sets, follow your guide through the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An’s old town. Then, hop on a small boat for a gentle ride along the Hoai River. Join the locals in releasing flower lanterns onto the water—a simple, beautiful tradition. Afterward, try your hand at some classic Vietnamese games, like bingo or Dap Nieu, where you’ll try to break clay pots while blindfolded. It’s a fun way to end the evening.
