– IMPERIAL CITY: Built from 1804 to 1833 by 2 first Emperors on the Nguyen Dysnasty (Gia Long and Minh Mang). This was living area for 13 Kings and Royal Family Members from 1804 until 1945.

– THIEN MU PAGODA: The oldest and most famous Buddhist Temple in Hue, started from 1601 by Lord Nguyen Hoang – Founder of the Nguyen Family in Central Vietnam.

– MINH MANG TOMB: widely considered the most majestic and orderly of the royal mausoleums in Hue. Built between 1840 and 1843 for the second emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty, it is famous for its strict Confucian symmetry and its seamless integration of grand architecture with man-made lakes and pine-covered hills.

– TU DUC TOMB: is celebrated as the most “poetic” and romantic of Hue’s royal mausoleums. Unlike the strict symmetry of the Minh Mang Tomb, this complex was designed to blend seamlessly into its natural valley, serving as both a palatial retreat for the emperor during his life and his final sanctuary.

– KHAI DINH TOMB: This is the most modern and controversial of the royal mausoleums in Hue. Built between 1920 and 1931 for the 12th emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty, it is famous for its East-meets-West fusion, trading the traditional gardens and lakes of earlier tombs for concrete, steel, and opulent porcelain mosaics.

– THUY TIEN ABANDONED WATER PARK: one of the world’s most famous “ghost” attractions. Originally opened in 2004, but abandoned only a few years later and has since been reclaimed by the surrounding jungle, creating a haunting, post-apocalyptic atmosphere.
