My Long Village where you will meet with a local family, Mr. Sau Tuong, who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife.

Continue to Mo Cay canals. Stop at the coconut processing workshop where you can see how the locals utilize every bit of the coconut.

Start to visit a brick factory where you will see how bricks are made in the traditional method passed down through generations.

Take the bike ride through green paddies, garden serrings, and local villages to explore the rustic beauty of this region. Head to the town toward Cao Dai Temple one of the most popular local religions, which is a combination of Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism.

Day 3:

In the morning, get on a local motorized boat for a cruise to the small-scale Cai Rang floating marker.
