– Cancelled 01 day in advance: No cancelation fee.
– Cancelled on the date using: 100% booking value penalty.
● PRIVATE TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
– Cancelled 03 days in advance: No cancelation fee.
– Cancelled 02 days in advance: 50% booking value penalty.
– Cancelled 01 day in advance: 100% booking value penalty.
● FORCE MAJEURE
– Red River Tour has the right to cancel the tour in some cases such as natural disasters, negative weather conditions, epidemics and wars.
-Red River Tour does not return any other fees to the customers but the paid tour ticket(s) and/or other extra service charges.
