When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Mr. Khoa’s family, who will invite you into their kitchen to join a hands-on cooking session. Together, you’ll prepare four authentic Vietnamese dishes, learning traditional methods passed down through generations — such as rolling crispy spring rolls, preparing banana flower salad, grilling pork with lemongrass, and stir-frying vegetables.

As the food is prepared, the family will also cook additional local specialties — homemade dishes that are unique to the Tam Coc countryside, made with fresh ingredients from their own garden and farm.
