For Arrival
Upon arrival at the terminal, our airport representative will welcome you at the Immigration Hall, near the passenger boarding bridge, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
Our staff will assist you with immigration procedures and luggage collection.
For Premium Fast Track guests, we also provide seamless assistance to connect you with your private car or taxi after completing airport formalities.
For Departure
Upon arriving at the airport, please proceed to your airline’s check-in counter (details will be provided to your registered contact).
Your airport host will meet and greet you, then assist you with:
- Airline check-in
- Boarding pass collection
- Luggage tag issuance
After check-in, your host will escort you through the Priority Security Check and Fast Track Immigration.
Due to airport security regulations, concierge service is limited during customs and immigration pre-clearance. Passengers are required to complete customs and immigration procedures personally.
Once you have cleared immigration, your host will escort you to the boarding gate or airport lounge.
You will also enjoy access to the Priority Boarding Gate when boarding your flight.
