Our Space
You’ll arrive at our 100-year-old French colonial home, a calm and intimate space designed for slow discovery. The space is cozy, private, and open for you to explore, with an open bar always ready for the workshop.
The rooms are filled with Vietnamese cultural elements, traditional art pieces, collected and preserved by our family across generations. Each piece carries its own story, creating an atmosphere where coffee, art, and daily life naturally coexist. Guests often take time to wander, observe details, and enjoy the balcony during the experience.
Our Workshop
Over two relaxed hours, each guest crafts 6 iconic Vietnamese coffees by hand, including egg, coconut, salty coffee, and other Vietnamese coffee styles.
Guidance comes from locals who grew up with Hanoi’s coffee culture, using time-tested family recipes shaped by everyday practice. Alongside the techniques, you’ll hear the stories behind how these coffee styles came to life.
Every step is explained clearly, and each cup is adjusted to your taste while keeping its traditional balance.
The group is intentionally kept small to ensure close guidance and a relaxed pace.
